Product Introduction

This product is a high-performance synthetic fiber designed to offer exceptional softness, warmth, and aesthetic versatility. The specification "3.0D x 90mm" defines its core physical properties:

3.0 Denier (D): This medium denier provides an excellent balance between durability and a soft, luxurious hand feel. It is ideal for creating fabrics and yarns with good body and substance.
90mm Length: This is a standard worsted spinning length, optimized for processing on woolen and semi-worsted systems. It ensures excellent spinnability, blendability with other fibers (like wool, cotton, or polyester), and provides strong, even yarns.
High Bulk: This is a key functional feature. The fiber is engineered to have high loft and excellent resilience, meaning it can trap more air for superior insulation and thermal retention while maintaining its shape and recovering well from compression.
Colored (Dope-Dyed or Solution-Dyed): The color is added during the manufacturing process (dope-dyed), not afterward. This results in fibers with excellent color fastness—resistance to fading from washing, sunlight (UV light), and chlorine. It provides consistent, vibrant colors and is more environmentally friendly as it reduces water and energy consumption in downstream dyeing processes.
